Appointments:

We will be happy to schedule your appointments at a convenient time. Most monthly appointments are scheduled in the afternoon, although you may be asked to have a morning appointment for a time where you will have more doctor time. Your appointment is specifically reserved for you. If there is an emergency and you will not be able to attend your appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice. If you have an appointment for an hour or more and 24 hour notice is not given, you may be charged a financial penalty.

Insurance:

We will be happy to file any insurance that pays for orthodontic treatment. Please understand that orthodontic coverage is separate from basic dental coverage. Most orthodontic insurances will pay 50% of the cost of treatment up to a certain dollar amount as defined by your policy.

Financial Information:

We accept most forms of payment such as cash, checks, and debit cards. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We can set up automatic payments from your debit or credit cards to make it more convenient for you.
